Terms of Service

Flyney aggregates flight data and travel-related information: a flight planner, a meta-search for flights and accommodations, a disruption / compensation estimator and a personal flight log. The Service is offered free of charge.

Bookings, payments and refunds are processed entirely on the websites of the third-party providers we link to (airlines, OTAs, booking platforms). Flyney is not a party to any contract you enter into with those providers.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for keeping it up to date.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. We use email-based magic links rather than passwords.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe third-party rights; (c) attempt to interfere with the integrity, security or availability of the Service; (d) scrape, reverse-engineer or republish data in breach of the terms of our data providers; (e) misuse the affiliate links to commit fraud.

Flight schedules, statuses, weather data and transit estimates come from third-party providers. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but we do not warrant that the data is complete, correct or up to date. Always verify critical information (gate, departure time, check-in deadline) with the operating airline before traveling.

The EU261/UK261 compensation estimator is an informational tool based on publicly available rules. It does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee an outcome. Final eligibility and payouts depend on the operating airline and, ultimately, on the competent authorities and courts.

Some outbound links (flights, hotels, car rental, packages) are affiliate links provided through Travelpayouts. If you complete a qualifying purchase on a partner site we may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you. The presence of affiliate links does not influence which results are shown.

The Service, including its design, code, text and trademarks, is owned by Flyney or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Content you upload (flight log entries, notes) remains yours. You grant Flyney a limited licence to host and display that content as needed to provide the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flyney is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party site reached through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for damages that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including consumer protection rules).

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to you under your country of residence, any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court at the operator's place of residence.
